Mouhamad R. Rassoul

For the past twenty-nine years, I have dedicated my career to various academic institutions in

Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. In 1996, I relocated to Saudi Arabia, where I embarked on a journey

in teaching and administration in Khobar and Riyadh. In 2001, I took on a significant role at

Kingdom Schools, leading the establishment and management of the American Diploma

Program for seven years as the Head of the English Department.

Subsequently, I assumed the position of Director of Education at Khaled International School in

Riyadh. Over four years, I successfully spearheaded a comprehensive transformation,

positioning the school as one of the premier international institutions in Riyadh.

Following this, I played a pivotal role in founding the American Diploma Program at Dar Assalam

National Schools in Riyadh, contributing to its growth and success over nine years. A brief stint

at Ataa Educational Company followed before my current role as the Executive Director at Al

Manhal Schools in Riyadh overseeing two programs: American Track and international

Baccalaureate IB.

Throughout my career, I have engaged in diverse pedagogical roles encompassing teaching,

academic program supervision, school management, curriculum development, training, and

operations management. I have had the opportunity to explore educational approaches in the

UK, USA, Germany, the Netherlands, and Finland, covering a spectrum from GCSE, IGCSE, and

US curriculum to IB, Steve Jobs school approach, and the Finnish education model.

In addition, I am a consultant for a numerous consultation Companies where I provide market

analysis identifying trends and gaps in education.

In my current capacity, I perceive my role as that of a proactive strategic education designer,

policy maker and project manager aiming to drive transformation in response to the dynamic

changes in the educational landscape.
