RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1. Verify and maintain import and export cargo documents.
2. Prepare airline, Saudi Customs documentation and house paperwork accurately.
3. Comply with company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly.
5. Experience with airwaybills, Saudi Custom Clearances, Cargo manifesting.
6. Cross check the documents with the manifest to confirm that the shipment is accompanied by the documents.
7. Experience with automated manifest system data entries.
8. Maintain Applicable and safety and Quality Standards.
9. Follow dangerous goods requirements and regulations.
10. Ensure that all ULD’s and Bulk received according to freight and mail delivery sheet. (FDS) shipments in its correct designated location. Raises any discrepancy or irregularities of the shipments such as (FDCA) found cargo, (MSCA) missing cargo, damage condition or poor packing etc.
11. Responsible for build - up the shipments, planning and study the flight booking list, maximizing the loading to meet the maximum payload, correct weight & height restriction, correct contours, protective polythene, proper tie down, proper checking of pallet air worthiness and check correct segregation of Dangerous Goods and coordinating with the manifesting staff.
12. Assure proper compliance with local and international laws and regulation are met.
13. Maintain and Adhere to standards of quality, HSE and GDP requirement in the section involved.
14. Translation of Airways bill manifest from English to Arabic- for customs.
15. Assist Cargo supervisor on daily operations.
16. Conduct friendly customer service in person and by phone.
17. Handle driver acceptance and delivery.
