I am an ELV Supervisor / Technician having 12+ Year experience in the fields of ELV / ICT / Electrical-LV  in under Construction and Facility Management Project’s in UAE and KSA. 

• Manage daily activities of the cable pulling with team and coordination with Consultant, Sub-Contractors and Clients depends on the Project and arrange the Material as par requirements.
• Installation of Structured cabling, (SCS) system and PABX System using CAT-3 CAT-6 and CAT-6A CAT-7 UTP, FTP cable dressing, termination Labeling and Testing Commissioning with Fluke Machine / Line Tester as per standards of  ISO.
• Self-Installed of Fiber Splicing and Standard Labeling at various types of FDH and ODF, MODF, ONT.
• Working on ISP and OSP TAAWUN & GPON Project and Maintenance of FTTH Network with DU & ETISALAT and Providing the Fiber Port mapping sheet as per the standard.
• Installation and Troubleshooting Patch free Splitters ODF, MODF & Out door Fiber Cabinets and enclosure Labeling, Patching as per Service Providers Requirements.
• Installation of MM & SM and Ribbon Fiber Splicing with Different type of Adopters and Pigtails and patch cords.
• Fiber optic cable MM & SM Troubleshooting testing with OTDR, OLTS, IOLM, Power meter, VFL. 
• Installation and Testing, Commissioning of Audio & Video intercom and Disable Toilet Alarm (DTA) as per Project Requirements.
• CCTV System like DVR & NVR and Storage Devices installation Testing and Commissioning as par site or Schematic diagram’s and Following the Rules and Regulation by MCC & SIRA.
• Pre Terminated installation like I. Patch high density fiber module fixing Laser speed and Terra Speed for Data center and Main Server Room and Main Telecom Rooms also installation of intelligent copper and Fibers patch panel as par the rack schematic diagram.
• Installation of Different types ports of Network Switches, Firewalls, Core Switch, Storages, Servers, inside the 42U Rack. 
• Fair Alarm System and FM-200 System (Addressable & Conventional) installation and testing commissioning like that (Break Glass, Smoke Detector, Light indicator, Sounder Flasher, BTR System).
• Public Address & Emergency voice Evacuation System Installation Testing and maintenance.
• Access Control and Gate Barrier system Like Push Button card reader Door contact Break glass magnetic lock installation testing and commissioning on the different type of doors like swing Gates, Sliding Gates metal doors and wooden doors.
• SMATV & MATV system IF & RF installation and Satellite Dish Setting with the Testing meter.
• Time Attendance System installation and configuration.
• DDC Control Panels for BMS System Installation, Termination of Cables as per design for specific Projects
• Troubleshooting and cabling installation of HVAC System such as AHU, FCU, FAHU, Package Units, Split AC, Window AC, Condensing Units, Heat Exchanger and child water Pumps.
• Monitoring/ managing operational process via using BMS System to adjust/ normalize facility equipment system. .
• Preparing Snag Reports and handovers inspections BP Premises before and after leasing.
• Installation of Solar Plates, UPS & Invertor Complete setup and allied works complete in all respects.
• Building Asset Collections, Barcode Tagging and engraved labeling for Equipment’s. 
• Managing and Leading all site operation teams including CM/PPM and MR.
• Ensuring the follow MOS/RA (Method of Statement/Risk Assessment) to each task individually.
• Utilize and manage the resources during the mobilization period.
• Conducting TBT and SOP Training for all Technicians.
• Maintaining information held within the compliance Portal.
• Provide Progress Reports on allocated orders as a required. 
• Assigned Technicians for the Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as per approved Plan.
• Responded properly to all reactive issues and help desk request as per SLA.
• Implement as per management instructions for projects, Services over PPM, Schedule Tasks, Breakdown and Job Tickets.
• Managing the Contractors for Specialist Services such as Generator, CCU, UPS, Elevator, Fire Alarm / Fire Fighting, BMS, CCTV, Gate Barriers, Access Control and PA system.
• Responds to Client calls, emails and QA/QC monitoring for all site work.
• Able to work in Flexible Hours and carry task to completion.
• Visiting the site for raise inspection of completed work and prepare invoices and meet the consultant or MEP Team for Prepare as built Drawings.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks easily adaptable to change and grasp new concepts.
