In brief, My name is Muhammad Rubeel Ali, and I currently work as a Contracts Engineer on the Riyadh Metro Project for ST Engineering Saudi Limited. I am well-versed in managing contractual claims and settling disputes. Having worked under many contract types, such as NEC, EPC contracts, FIDIC, European and British standards, and Swiss law.

Contract Engineer (July 2019 to Present)
o Facilitated in developing all project-related Contract strategies. Liaise between the Client-Engineer-Contract in all related commercial and contractual issues.
o Initiate and administrate all commercial and contractual correspondences with all stakeholders.
o Define the key control point of the contractual aspects and defining the progress measures of the day to day contract administration activates.
o Identify, request and monitor change orders/ Variation Orders and the relevant correspondences.
o Assist initiator of contracts in identifying in the contractual terms, the work requirements & each part responsibilities & prepare in close coordination with the initiator appropriate tender specifications documents.
o Responsible to observe and prepare all Contractual Compensations. I.e. prior and post EOT (Extension of Time), Acceleration (Directed Acceleration or Constructive Acceleration) etc.
