Preparing Sales Quotation, Contracts and live enquiries for ongoing projects.
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
Coordinating with technical team to ensure the customer request has been updated in ERP.
Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team in generating business leads.
Coordinate with accounts department for issuance of billing Invoices & Monthly closing.
Follow-up production orders and coordinates with production team.
Coordinate with legal team to get customer related documents and upload in ERP system.
Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows).
Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
File documents in physical and digital records.
Create templates for future use.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Establish active communication and engage with Sales Representatives to ensure prompt processing of orders.
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Preparing Daily sales report by weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly & presenting the dashboard using Power BI Tools and extracted from ERP system.
Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records and provide financial information to the top management.
Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
