• Preparing Sales Quotation, Contracts and live enquiries for ongoing projects.
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
• Coordinating with technical team to ensure the customer request has been updated in ERP.
• Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team in generating business leads.
• Coordinate with accounts department for issuance of billing Invoices & Monthly closing.
• Follow-up production orders and coordinates with production team.
• Coordinate with legal team to get customer related documents and upload in ERP system.
• Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows).
• Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
• File documents in physical and digital records.
• Create templates for future use.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Establish active communication and engage with Sales Representatives to ensure prompt processing of orders.
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Preparing Daily sales report by weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly & presenting the dashboard using Power BI Tools and extracted from ERP system.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records and provide financial information to the top management.
• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
