• Make sure all cost and quantity records are streamlined and involved in VOs and Cost Impact
• Finalizing monthly payment certificates (IPCs) with QS team and ensure all items are booked accurately.
• Recommends and assist in the customization of project control system to meet specific project requirements.
• Attend and represent in meetings concerning cost matters
• Assesses the impact of design/construction changes and schedule slippages
