Preparing all daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports and treasury related MIS;
- Maintained communication with suppliers and monitored all uncleared transfers & cheques for same;
- Supervised company payrolls and provided benefits to staff;
- Evaluated accounts payable and resolved issues with suppliers;
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliation;
- Coordinating with all local and overseas banks and managing the day to day relationship;
- Managing the process of opening new bank accounts, addition or deletion of signatories, updating access rights, etc 
- Implementing treasury channels like SADAD, MADA, Credit card collection, etc., integrating the cash inflow with Oracle Financials, preparing category wise collections and their receipt bookings;
- Working closely with Accounts receivables and Accounts Payable teams to forecast daily cash flow;
- Responsible for preparing and sending documents for the repatriating of funds;
- Worked with external auditors to prepare financial reports;
- Working with Oracle and HSBC team on implementation of payment automization, automatic bank reconciliation, and payment notification intimation projects;
