• Managing teams/shift for plant Pretreatment/treatment & post treatment stages.
• Development of the O&M process (SOPs).
• Conducting Routine Audits on Operation & Maintenance Activities.
• Planning & Implementation of maintenance programs/interval, for all plant Equipment PPM through SAP System.

• Incidents Management, reporting, root cause analysis of Incident & preparing the mitigations.

• Managing plant operations in order to ensure full Compliance of Health & Safety/Environmental aspects/Impact as per PME requirement, KAUST HSE Policies.
• Managing Plant Equipment major maintenances by OEM/Vendors.
• Preparing Operation Plans for all major/Critical/Non Critical equipment of plant for maintaining equal running/operation time for equipment & execution of PPM.
• Managing all the required certifications from Third parties for plant equipment/instruments.
• Training of shift staff & Implementing Chemical Management, Waste Management, Air Quality SOPs.
• Managing Plant operations efficiently in order to minimize Specific Energy/power consumption per water production & process optimization.
• Managing the Plant O&M in order to meet the contractual SLA (Service Level Agreement) on all agreed

• Conducting Technical meetings with Client for all the technical discussion for plant overall O&M and sustainability.
