I am experienced in the development of customer centric FM operations that support ISO 41001; improving service delivery, operational transparency, and technical efficacy. 

 

I have successfully mobilized Total FM contracts that spanned multiple sites, involving hundreds of staff. 

 

By developing relationships with my customers, I have been able to exceed their expectations. 

 

Using my skills and experience I have instigated change that have improved contract management, procurement, technical services, cleaning services, H&S, MEP stores, energy management, fleet management, Service Desk and fleet management. 

 

I am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology and hold various qualifications and training related to FM, which I believe will be a valuable asset to your organization.
