• The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit is 12 beds and includes a Pediatric private, general ward, and Pediatric Hematology & Oncology Wards, and Pediatric Emergency department. Intubations, CVP Line insertion, HD Cath insertion, Dialysis, PD, CPR, HFO, defibrillation, managing ventilators, cardiac monitors, chemotherapy, Lumber puncture, help to pleural tapping, ascetic tapping.
• Assessed, planned, implemented, and evaluated patient care plans.
• Monitored, recorded, and communicated the patients’ condition as necessary using computerized documentation systems.
• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Maintaining Ward inventory and indents
• Supervised staff of 6 CNAs and LPNs, served as a role model, and hired new staff members and interns.
