As an experienced Project Management Consultant with 8+ years of experience across both private and public sectors, Shahzaib brings a breath of multi-disciplinary experience. He has hands-on working experience in leading high-profile programs including the successful delivery of a Business Change Project for the London Metropolitan Police which led to being awarded the highly commended Management Consultancy Awards (MCA), transforming PMO function for one of the most high-profile programs at British Telcom Group (BT) and managing and leading three projects simultaneously for National Savings & Investment Bank at Atos. Shahzaib is highly passionate about driving change and innovation to deliver best-in-class service to external and internal stakeholders ensuring change is delivered and implemented. As a PMO manager for Gemserv, Shahzaib is currently responsible for managing the current business operations as well as providing PMO services to various clients.
