Key Tasks & Responsibilities
❖ Carried out the pre contract stages from the first client’s meeting, cost
planning until award of the selected contractor. Also, some major
responsibilities assigned to me in pre contract stage such as Prepare
tender-documents.
• Prepare the pricing preambles when doing the pricing to get clear visible rates. Handled Cost
Control Functions in concept stage to go further within fixed budget.
• Commercial evaluation with checking particular compulsory documents and finalized the tender
report to further works.
• Get measurements (join) from actual work done. Certifying Interim Valuations & Reports, Certifying
Advance payment.
• Material onsite and off-site verification, certifying with checking the compulsory documents.
• Handled state at completion and released the retention as according to the contract of condition.
