Having expertise in implementing the safety & hygienic regulations successfully with efficiency & quality.

• Implement & Review Permit-to-Work system (STARRT Cards, HOT Permits & LOTO permits), emergency preparedness and response as per requirements.
• Ensure that workplace, equipment, tools & process of work are safe and meet regulations.
• Inspect the site and identify hazards and risks & implement appropriate control measures.
• Conduct investigation and report all injuries, accidents / incidents, near misses occurred. 
• Organize trainings for First Aiders, Fire Wardens, Scaffolding inspectors, ERP drills and other trainings as required.
• Ensure to encourage/educate employees (TBT) to take precautions and adhere to safety rules to protect themselves, equipment, PPE they use and the working environment.
• Ensure safety reports & data are collected and submitted to the client/consultant as required:
• Man Hours work and safety inspections (Monthly & Annual Reports)
• Copy of accident / incident reports.
• Description of any unsafe conditions discovered & steps taken to correct those conditions.
• Copy of inspection reports on equipment, tools, and others as required.
• Copy of safety inspection checklists or visit summary report, SOR and rectifications.
• Copy of audit reports and action taken.
• Review accident/incident investigation reports, monitor immediate actions and follow-up actions to reduce/prevent recurrence.
• Ensure MSDS and COSHH Statement of all controlled hazardous products on site are up-to-date and available at all times.
• Represent and attend all applicable health, safety, and environmental meetings as requested by the Safety Manager, Consultant & Client.
• Ensure that adequate Fire Fighting Equipment are provided, inspected and properly maintained.
• Ensure that First Aider with complete First Aid Kit and Facilities are available in all areas in the workplace all the time.
• Implement & develop environmental strategies and action plans, to ensure corporate sustainable developments 
• Stop or suspend any work activities at the site whenever risk of injury or the possibility of dangerous occurrences will take place.
• Monitor the safety performance of all workers to ensure all workers on the site work safely.
• Update and display safety policies and pertinent information on the Company Bulletin Board.
