• Arranging and attending internal project meetings with the client, contractor and sub-contractors to review the progress of project and quality checks & Preparing Variation Orders. Supervising the planning, designing, construction and close out phase of the projects.
• Promoting innovative ways that will add value and reduce cost of the projects.
• Providing Weekly / Monthly reports to higher management through both formal and informal reviews.
• Controlling Procurement of materials & Logistics related to various projects.
• Maintaining a positive cash-flow throughout the project life 
• Ensure that an effective and efficient quality /HSE management system is established, implemented and maintained.
• Ensures the proper conduct of all administrative and man-management roles required by Group policy and local labor laws.
• Inspect and ensure all materials and equipment incorporated into permanent construction are in compliance with the project contract requirements & specifications.
• Raising queries to consultants for any discrepancies or missing information, drawings or documents 
• Conducted equipment inspection taking particular attention on equipment condition and performance. 

Professional:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gulbarga University in 2001 

Technical:

• Diploma in HVAC (Heat Ventilation Air Condition) System from M/S Technolco Institute Hyderabad - India. Jan/2001 to April 2001
• Diploma in Auto CAD – From Engineers Cad Centre Hyderabad India
• MS Office & Internet Applications
• Auto Desk Auto CAD with all versions (2006 to 2010)
• Microsoft Office (All Versions)
