As a Civil Engineer, I possess over 30 years of professional experience in project and construction management overseeing the coordination, supervision, planning, scheduling, and designing of various large-scale projects of varying design and complexity. Such projects involve Airports, Five Star Hotels & Resorts, Hospitals & Medical Centers, Educational Campuses, Housing Projects, Industrial Projects, Power Plants, and related Infrastructure including Facade, Finishes & Ancillary Buildings. 

Presently, I am working with a contracting company on Sindalah Island Project having 2 Nos. Seven-star Resorts & Hotel (will be operated by Marriott), Ultra Luxury Villas – 38 Nos., Beach, Teen & Sports Clubs, Mock-ups and Preliminaries, NEOM, Saudi Arabia.   

 My core strength includes managing multiple tasks at one time to ensure that project deadlines are met on time. I have excellent communication skills, which make me an excellent and effective team leader. My goal and action-oriented approach has enabled to successfully manage large projects involving multiple teams. Lastly, my keen attention to detail and ability to meet tight have enabled me to successfully lead complex projects to completion. 

  My many years of experience managing complex projects has vastly strengthened my problem-solving abilities, manage conflict resolutions, meet costs and design constraints, meanwhile identifying and managing overall project dependencies & barriers to ensure deliverables stay on-time, on-budget and on schedule. Lastly, my strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure has allowed me to successfully lead complex projects to completion & handing over. Ultimately, my enriched managerial and leadership abilities are strongly supported by the various skills and experiences I have learned and fostered over the years. I am strongly confident that my skills and experiences will allow me to excel in any project/construction management position.   

  I have earned a Four years Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Lahore, Pakistan in 1988. (A certificate of comparative education from the University of Toronto (UofT) can be submitted).
