Conduction of meetings:

 To prepare, review and monitor the work followed by JSA/ Risk Assessment of critical activities.                                                                                                                           
 Supervise the regular inspection and testing of all firefighting, safety and emergency response equipment including fixed and portable extinguishing systems.
 Responsible for preparing written daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports. 
 To maintain records on safety related operational matters.
 Supervision of confined space entry job.
 Maintain all HSE documentation and record.
 Implementation of PTW system and its procedure.
 Implementation of T-Card system.
 Implementation of STOP Card.
 Managed existing health and safety program in a team of HSE officers to create a safe and risk-averse setting for all employees.
 Implemented new standards and guidelines issued by industry regulators, company managers, and HSE engineers.
 Identified necessary projects and took the initiative to develop an appropriate response to each one.
 Conducted site inspections on a pre-determined basis to ensure the on-going adherence to all applicable standards and regulations.
 Instructed new HSE team members in protocols unique to company to ease their transition into a new position.
 Prepared reports, proposals, and other documents required by engineers, managers, and regulator.
 Monitored all health and safety activities and ensured appropriate implementation.
 Ensured compliance to all determined standards for all HSE programmes.

 Monitor performance of contractor’s site management personnel to ensure alignment with contractor’s internal HSE standards and HSE requirements
 Supported daily toolbox talks and JSA exercises with contractor workforce teams
 Handled schedule changes and adjustments for upcoming work for preplanning purposes
 Assisted in the development of procedures and processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards requirements and identified best practices
 Developed and implemented the site HSE plan and assisted with site team competence assurance activities, including development and performance of training for site team members and visitors
 Evaluated the HSE performance of the Contractor and site team using the agreed KPIs and other means and recommended improvement opportunities
 Participated in incident investigations and reporting, including initial incident notification to project leadership
 Engaged in Contractor and Sub-contractor HSSE reviews and audits
 Led the HSE team in managing and implementing safety programs, including risk management, incident investigation, corrective action, training development and delivery.
 Developed a comprehensive health & safety program for all employees to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
 Managed the implementation of new projects/initiatives related to occupational health & safety within the organization.
 Provided support to operations by providing advice on matters relating to occupational health & safety issues as required by senior management or other business units.
