Primary Responsibilities
In the role of
Urban
Planning Lead, we'll count on you to:
- Management of urban planning projects of various sizes
- Management of the urban planning team and collaboration with other project managers
- Enjoy working directly with clients
- You are well connected in the industry
- Work with our Saudi leadership team to develop a plan to support growth in Saudi Arabia
- Work with the PM to ensure the profitability of the project
- Ensure that the company's project delivery processes are followed
- Oversee the performance of your team
- Support our people in upskilling, training and effectiveness
- Develop an annual BD/marketing plan with the leadership team to win new business
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and best practice
- Bringing energy, enthusiasm and fun to the thriving practice
- Completing other tasks as required
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in urban planning or closely related field
- A minimum of 20 years'experience in regional and local planning and design
- Bring a track record of successfully completed projects in recent years
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
- May require the ability to travel
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employeeowned culture is a must
