    As aJunior Helpdesk Coordinator at ITP Media Saudi you will beresponsible for assisting in the management and coordination of ourhelpdesk operations. You will work closely with our support team toensure that client issues and inquiries are addressedefficiently.


    Responsibilities:

    1. UserSupport:Provide firstlevel technical support to endusers addressinghardware and software issues and resolving technical problems in atimely and professionalmanner.
    2. TechnicalTroubleshooting:Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues both remotelyand onsite whenrequired.
    3. Hardwareand SoftwareMaintenance:Coordinate hardware and software installations updates andmaintenance activities asneeded.
    4. UserAccessManagement:Manage user accounts passwords and access permissions ensuringsecurity and compliance with companypolicies.
    1. Reporting:Generate reports on helpdesk performance and metrics identifyingareas for improvement andoptimization.
    1. VendorCoordination:Collaborate with thirdparty vendors and service providers toaddress technical issues and procure necessary equipment orservices.
    2. SupplierCommunication:Collaborate with thirdparty vendors and service providers toaddress technical issues procure necessary equipment or servicesand managesupplier
    3. InventoryManagement:Keep track of IT inventory including computers peripherals andsoftware licenses. Ensure accurate inventory records and coordinateequipment provisioning andmaintenance.


    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    1. Strongproblemsolving and analyticalskills.
    2. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing apositive customerexperience.
    3. Abilityto work effectively in a team andindependently.
    4. Astrong attention to detail and the ability tomultitask.
    5. Eagernessto learn and adapt to newtechnologies.

    PreferredQualifications:

    1. Familiaritywith IT helpdesk software and ticketingsystems.
    2. Handsonexperience with troubleshooting and repairing complex ITissues
    3. Priorexperience in a similar helpdesk support or coordinationrole.


    Qualifications: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus onproviding a positive customer experience. Ability to workeffectively in a team and independently. A strong attention todetail and the ability to multitask. Eagerness to learn and adaptto new technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with IThelpdesk software and ticketing systems. Hands-on experience withtroubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues Prior experience ina similar helpdesk support or coordination role.
