Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains a business plan by cultivating a healthy sales pipeline by uncovering new opportunities following up on leads and managing the existing customer base.
  • Leverages SHARE to manage the entire sales cycle, prioritizes activities and provides accurate forecasting information.
  • Enters new customer data and updates changes to existing accounts in SHARE.
  • Collaborates with operations, finance, legal, and other inside and outside resources as needed
  • Ensures that the input by other team members like Project Implementation & Cost Calculation (PICC), Warranty & Maintenance Cost, Discounts, etc... are completed professionally and on time and coordinates with the Bid Preparation Team to ensure the finalization of the proposal within the deadline.
  • Coordinate & support the creation of valuebased offers including competitive prices with Siemens USPs etc.
  • Partners with the Outbound Sales team to improve all workflows and develops simplification of Sales administrative processes.
  • Ensures funnel is effectively managed.
  • Response to the proposal technical specs as well as response to RFQ.
  • Maintains RFQ database. Continuous improvements around the standard RFP response.
  • Maintains the sales documentation like CVRs, Statement of Work, Milestone Checklists, etc... Creates these documents for the individual customer and finally coordinates to hand over projects to SCM after it is awarded.
  • Handles all translator activities including contracts, letters, questionnaires etc.
  • Translates a variety of documents including Medical, legal, technical, and commercial materials.
  • Reading and thoroughly understanding the context of documents, using specialized dictionaries and
- translation tools and proofreading finished pieces of work.

  • Translate from Arabic to English and viceversa, making sure to maintain the original meaning and format.
  • Leave the tone and style of the original language unchanged.
  • Translate clearly, accurately, and quickly.

Your qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor with at least 3 years experience in healthcare and translation.
  • Expertise in clinical or financial workflows preferred.
  • Experience in situation/solution sales and complex sales for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Write fluently, read, and speak two languages, Arabic & English.
  • Excellent time and stress management skills.
