Salla is a leading provider of information technology and services to businesses of all sizes.

We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in a scaled accounts role.


As a customer success manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are getting the most from our products and services.

You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, helping them to achieve their goals through effective use of our software.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and workflows, identifying opportunities for them to get the most from our products and services.
  • Use data to monitor and improve customer health, identifying and addressing issues before they become problems.
  • Drive adoption of our products and services, working with customers to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing usage.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling our products and services to existing customers.
  • Develop and deliver customer success plans, ensuring alignment with customer goals and objectives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the information technology and services industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to monitor and drive customer success.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing workload based on customer needs.
  • Keen attention to detail, with a focus on delivering highquality customer experiences.
  • Proven track record of achieving retention and renewal targets.
