Supply Chain Planner KSA:

  • Remote Eligible: Hybrid
  • Onsite Location(s): Riyadh, SA
    Purpose statement:
Performs the Country forecasting activities and New Product Launch (NPL) activities to meet business requirements and service level objectives. Manages finished goods inventory levels and system integrity to achieve Service and Financial objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and lead the monthly Country level Offer and Demand management meetings and New Product Launches Forecasting in cooperation with Country Marketing, Sales & Finance as part of the SI&OP process.
  • Represent Saudi Arabia in the EMEA Integration & Reconciliation meeting.
  • Perform divisional forecasting and new product launch planning in ERP system.
  • Perform and maintain ERP & Advanced Planning System (Rapid Response): Data cleansing, manage statistical models, master data, forecast profiles.
  • Inventory Management to meet both service and financial objectives: inventory strategy, DC replenishment, target setting, OTO process, inventory analysis (potential stock out, inventory projection, inventory to target, excess, expiry & obsolescence process, short shelflife management, material master maintenance)
  • Tender management: identify sales events and inform/discuss with stakeholders (Divisional/Regional Marketing, Global and Regional Supply Chain Planning)
  • Interact with Global & Regional Supply Chain Planning on Divisional forecast, NPL and event planning, inventory allocation, BO availability information
  • Identify and manage SC VIP projects working with SC functions, Finance and Divisional partners
  • Support quarterly/annual finance planning process: inventory, scrap, ship volume
  • Manage KPI performance: forecast accuracy, forecast bias, backorder, service Level, Inventory & Excess/Obsolescence: performing root cause analysis and initiating corrective actions
  • Weekly/monthly KPI reporting and ad hoc performance & product availability communication to the Business
  • Interacts with local RA/QA: NPL Regulatory approvals, Hold/Recall inventory implications, maintaining procedures in SOP's
