Responsibilities
- Receiving the assignment to prepare studies from the Director of Marketing and coordinating them with the Director of Sales, Executive Director of the Operations Department.
- Coordinating with the sales manager, the executive director of the operating department to obtain the necessary information about customer orientations, desires, and satisfaction with the products and their complaints.
- Submit proposals regarding the development of applicable work policies and procedures within the scope of his competence.
- Submit proposals and recommendations that contribute to the development of marketing management business in general and ecommerce operations in particular
- Preparing the operational plan for the marketing department related to ecommerce marketing and discussing it with the marketing manager.
- Preparing the annual estimated budget for the Marketing Department related to ecommerce marketing and discussing it with the Marketing Director.
- Preparing the advertising plan that includes (marketing bag, brochures) for the company's products and discussing it with the marketing manager.
- Preparing the operational plan for marketing operations through the online store and discussing it with the marketing manager.
- Studying and analyzing the advertising means and their scope of distribution, and determining the appropriate means and dates for publishing the company's advertisements.
- Contribute with the marketing manager in the process of selection and negotiation until contracting with advertising means to publish the company's advertisements.
- Research and analyze marketing information including market trends, pricing circulation, competitor offerings, and product specifications.
- Research and analysis of competing stores in terms of usability, performance, and visibility in search engines.
- Adding and deleting products on online stores, following up on inventory, and adjusting the quantity of products on the site.
- Carry out any other work assigned to them by their direct supervisor and related to the nature of their work.
Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in a field related to the purpose of the job.
- 6 years of experience in the field of fully managing marketing activities, in similar companies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High skills in time and meeting management.
- High skills and capabilities in preparing correspondence.
- Good capabilities to coordinate and followup actions.
- High ability to analyze problems and make decisions.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Skilled in presentation and diction.
- Good ability to innovate and create.
- Full knowledge of the company's products.
- Full knowledge of ecommerce operations and activities.
