• Attending patient calls and assessing their medical needs over the phone
• Performing triage and providing appropriate medical advice and recommendations
• Scheduling and coordinating home visits and telemedicine consultations for patients
• Handling patient registrations, insurance verifications, and payment collections
• Communicating effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Ensuring that all documentation and medical records are accurate and uptodate
• Participating in training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
• Providing exceptional patient care and support at all times

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a triage or similar nursing role
• Valid medical license to practice or eligible for license in Saudi Arabia
• Bilingual in English and Arabic
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using computer and telecommunication technologies

• Jeddah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
