Job Summary
As a Supply Performance Lead at Sweater, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless onboarding, training, and operational integration of bikers.
You will act as a pivotal link between Sweater and our Service Support Providers (SSPs), coordinating efforts across departments to optimize service delivery and biker performance.
This role requires a proactive, data-oriented approach to maintain and enhance operational efficiency and biker utilization in line with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Onboarding Coordination:
Oversee the onboarding process for new bikers, coordinating with Supply, SSPs, Operations, and Training teams to provide clear guidance on room assignments and work locations.
2.Training Coordination:
Manage the comprehensive training program for new bikers in collaboration with SSPs, Operations, and Training teams, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
3.SSP Liaison:
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Sweater and SSPs regarding operational performance, addressing any issues and facilitating smooth communication.
4.Demand/Supply Balance:
Work closely with the Marketing team to analyze and balance location-based demand and supply, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
5.
Utilization Maximization:
Implement strategies to maximize biker utilization, enhancing productivity and reducing downtime.
6.
Utilization Assessment:
Periodically assess biker utilization, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement to ensure compliance with quality standards.
7.
SSP Relationship Management:
Manage and nurture the relationship with SSPs from an operational perspective, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve business goals.
8.Optimization of Logistics:
Continuously work on optimizing the distance between bikers' accommodations and their designated work locations to reduce transit time and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics, transportation, or service delivery environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Analytical skills with a problemsolving attitude.
