Our client:
On behalf of our client, a leading construction company in KSA is looking for a Sr. HR Operations Specialist.

Your role:

As a Senior HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations for the organization.

You will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes, policies, and procedures.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations and implementing best practices in HR operations.

Administer employee benefit programs, including health and medical insurance, contract management, retirement plans, and leave policies. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Manage HR projects and initiatives, including HR system implementations and process improvements.

Must have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations. Demonstrated success in managing HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, contract management and performance management. Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be willing to relocate in Jeddah and Makkah. Due to localization, this role requires a Saudi National.
