As an MEPBIM Modeler you will be a key contributor to the successfulintegration of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systemswithin our mixeduse project. Collaborating closely with engineersdesigners and project stakeholders you will utilize BuildingInformation Modeling (BIM) technology to develop accurate andcoordinated models. Your expertise will ensure the efficientimplementation of MEP systems contributing to the overall successof ourproject.

Responsibilities:

1. Modelingand Coordination: Develop detailed 3D models of MEPsystems using BIM software ensuring accurate representation andcoordination with other buildingcomponents.
2. Collaboration:Work closely with MEP engineers designers and other project teammembers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within theBIM environment.
3. ClashDetection: Conduct clash detection analyses toidentify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and otherbuilding elements.
4. QualityControl: Perform regular quality checks on MEP BIMmodels to ensure compliance with industry standards projectspecifications and designrequirements.
5. Updates andRevisions: Maintain and update MEP BIM models toreflect design changes revisions and coordinationfeedback.
6. Documentation:Contribute to the creation of accurate construction documentsincluding drawings and schedules derived from the MEP BIMmodels.
7. Communication:Effectively communicate with the project team to address designissues provide technical support and participate in coordinationmeetings.
8. StayInformed: Keep abreast of industry advancementssoftware updates and emerging trends in MEP systems and BIMtechnology.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelorsdegree in Mechanical Electrical or Plumbing Engineering or arelated field.
2. Proven experience as an MEP BIMModeler with a focus on mixeduseprojects.
3. Proficiency in BIM software such asRevit AutoCAD MEP and Navisworks.
4. Strongunderstanding of MEP systems codes andstandards.
5. Excellent communication andcollaboration skills.
6. Detailoriented with acommitment to delivering highquality and coordinated MEPmodels.
7. Problemsolving skills and ability tothink critically in a dynamic projectenvironment.
8. Relevant certifications in BIM orMEP would beadvantageous.
