We are currently looking for a Country Operations Manager for my client based in KSA who are a well reputed manufacturing business with offices across GCC- MUST be well versed in handling Technical, Operations and commercial part of the business
- MUST have at least 10 to 15 years experience working in manufacturing of industrial machinery, Mechanical components, turbines i.e., wind, steam or gas
- MUST have Engineering background
DIRECT REPORTS:
Area Manager / Product Manager / Sales Manager/Operation Manager/Aftersales Manager / Parts Manager
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and implements strategic sales plans & forecasts to achieve business goals for products and services
Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets
Achieves satisfactory profit ratio & market share in relation to preset standards, industry as well as economic trends
Prepare and responsible for Sales, After Sales and Product Support P&L Budgets, including preparation, monitoring & controlling, and reporting to Operations Director
Analyzes market trends and business results
Negotiating with suppliers in order to meet the targets in line with business plan
Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
Recommends pricing strategies based on supply and demand, changing trends and economic indicators
Supervises of heads of Sales, After Sales and Product Support Business Units
Analyze and communicate rolling forecast for complete year and reviewing later if required any changes & submitting to the Dealer
Prepare monthly performance report to Managing Director and Operations Director
Responsible for marketing and sales campaigns for product or services in the portfolio
Conducts periodic business review with regional managers
Annual sales meeting to discuss the sales target of each branch and also to resolve if any problem faced by them
Approval of sales orders & assuring the right price has been maintained
Plans & oversees sales promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail with authority to approve of any sales related material
Review and plan with Training department workshops to build product & technical knowledge of salesman to achieve their target
Maintain a healthy work environment
Monitors competitor performance, sales and marketing activities
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
To develop as well as improve policies and processes in order to improve operations delivery, quality and efficiency
Be actively involved in recruiting direct reports and skip-level personnel
Responsible for Manpower & Capacity planning
Working with Training department to develop, execute and monitor staff training and development
Put in place a full succession plan for all staff and managers
Drive the organization to achieve service levels and customer satisfaction scores
To be responsible for maintenance and security of the service premises
Analyzing general trends in customer complaints
Ensure compliance with company's Health & Safety Procedures
Complies and maintains the procedures associated with Service
SOPs, ISO and Quality Management System (QMS)
- To perform other tasks as reasonably requested by the Operations Director.
Essential:
Bachelors' Degree in Engineering
