    Role:

    Give, over the last 2 decades, has becomeIndia's most trusted giving platform. We want to create impact atthe scale of India s development challenges and intend to enablethis by being a tech andplatform-first organization. We are looking for a senior UI/UXdesigner to help design an online platformthat makes giving convenient and transparent. This isa high-impact role with an opportunity torealize Give's ambitious plans to create deep social impact bymaking philanthropic giving bigger andbetter.

    Role Responsibilities:
    • Creatinguser-centered designs by understanding business requirements, anduser feedback.
    • Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypesand mockups
    • Translating requirements into style guides,design systems, design patterns and attractive userinterfaces
    • Designing UI elements such as input controls,navigational components and informationalcomponents
    • Creating original graphic designs , sketches and tables)
    • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems(e.g. responsiveness)
    • Collaborating effectively with product,engineering, and managementteams
    • Incorporating customer feedback, usagemetrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhanceuser experience

    KeyRequirements:

    • You have a degree/diploma inDesign, Fine Arts, Engineering or relatedfield
    • Youhave prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strongportfolio of related projects
    • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite(specifically Illustrator, InDesign andPhotoshop)
    • You are proficient in prototyping tools suchas Sketch, InVision, Figma etc.
    • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills area plus
    • Youpay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye foraesthetics
    • You have excellent communication skills andcan clearly articulate your ideas, designs, andsuggestions
    • You are a strong team player who cancollaborate effectively with different stakeholdersstrong passion for social impact, andreadiness to work at social sector compensation (known to be muchlower than corporates)
