Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement tactics to enhance user activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize campaign performance based on data insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental approaches to refine marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure cohesive growth strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in growth marketing, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on analytics and funnel optimization.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, CleverTap) and experience in interpreting large data sets.
  • Proficient in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and effective manner.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills, with a problemsolving attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Applicant must be Saudi national.
