We have an opportunity for a Chief Executive Officer - Agriculture & Tourism with a large project in Saudi Arabia.

The CEO will lead and oversee the organizational entity in providing a strategic direction in developing the long-term business plan and financial plan.

They will also oversee the development and refinement of the overall vision, strategy, and objectives, in line with the defined mandate, in consultation with the executive management team, strategy team, and upon approval from the Board of Directors.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Direct the translation of the strategy into annual business and operational plans and define/approve functional targets as per the strategic agenda and corporate objectives.
  • Guide, provide ongoing support and set objectives for the executive management team that will be cascaded to the lower levels, managing their performance, and providing ongoing feedback, to ensure high performance and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Oversee the consolidation and preparation of the annual budget and ensure it is aligned with the annual business plans and is geared to achieve all business objectives as well as review the identified strategic risks (e.g., business areas that are not in line with the expected performance), articulate and enforce remedial actions after consulting with the executive management team.
  • Contribute to the development of sound corporate governance protocols, processes, practices, mechanisms, and monitoring tools which help drive growth and development.
  • Ensure to establish and maintain effective, formal, and informal relationships with relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, and other stakeholders along with staying closely involved in engagement with farmers (in coordination with the farmer engagement team).

Job Requirements:


  • Previous knowledge in the areas of:
  • Landscape, Environment and Heritage
  • Agricultural Regeneration
  • Cultural and Tourism Development
  • Familiarity with standards, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
  • Maintains a high standard of professionalism, presentation, personal integrity, and customer support.
