Quotes and Tender Coordinator:

The core objective of this role is to support the Customer Care Manager to maintain the goals and objectives of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the quotations process and coordinating with the sales, pricing, and finance team.
Preparing tenders' review information, ensure methodology, pricing and margin, and full tenders documents validity, monitoring deadlines, and highlighting risks to the sales team when it comes to penalties and other aspects of the tender.
Manage full internal deal review process using Boston Scientific systems, including SAP, iPAT, and closing tickets on Service Cloud.
Preparing technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements on Etimad and purchase the tender via SADAD with the Finance team.
Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements when dealing with governments specially on portals such as NUPCO, Marketplace, etc.
Ongoing communication with the Sales team regarding Quotes & Tenders criteria and status and provide support to sales team.
Maintains tender files and eligible vendors list, particularly for upcoming bids, arranging them for archiving.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Must-haves:

Background in Finance or Business Administration, experience with Finance and Accounting (minimum Bachelor's degree)
Experience with maintenance or management, coordination, or administrative support with Saudi government customers (i.e. NUPCO, and/or MOH).
English language proficiency
