We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our client as they expand their e-commerce retail business in Saudi Arabia.

As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including sales, marketing, supply chain, logistics, customer service, and finance.


Key Accountabilities:


The position involves:


  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize revenue growth.
  • Building and managing a highperforming team of department heads and employees to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensuring that all departments are operating effectively and efficiently, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.
  • Identifying and analyzing trends, market opportunities, and threats to develop new business strategies.
  • Creating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Collaborating with the executive team to set company goals, objectives, and budgets.
  • Representing the company to stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:


We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Business Administration or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role in ecommerce retail or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling a highgrowth business.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
