To support Serco's continuous growth and delivery of world class services, we are currently bidding for a new project in Saudi Arabia and we are looking for a HR & GRO Advisor to join our HR team.

Key accountabilities

The HR & GRO Advisor will provide professional HR guidance and support to the business area to enable the achievement of business objectives with a specific performance management focus and requirement to align both the client and Serco.

Work with both the HR Business Partner and HR Manager to agree and implement strategies that support business objectives such as but not limited to GOSI calculation and registration, employment contract authentication, lead and implementation of Nationalisation programme (i.e. Fursati, Tamheer). S upport the HRBP in design and implementation of plans for specialist areas (e.g. performance management, learning and development) to enable the achievement of business objectives and align to wider Serco HR strategy.

Specific requirements
Holder of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
A recognised HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) is preferred.

3 years of minimum experience across varied HR areas, ideally worked as both an HR generalist and demonstrated expertise with performance management.

Experience working with a mix of cultures in a large international company in the Middle East.
