• Newclient's development and ensuring recurring business by constantlybeing in touch.
• Generating new clients byrunning promotional mailers, cold callingetc.
• Initiating & developingrelationships with key decision makers for servicedevelopment.
• Revival for old customersdatabase.
• Follow up with incomingleads.
• Generate prospects over thephone.
• Responsible for Outbound calls to thecustomers from the given database.
• Responsiblefor giving product updates to theclients.
• Communicate with customers throughlive chat or email.
• Receive and respond tocustomer inquiries and concerns over achat.
• Uses effective selling techniques toidentify customer needs and drive salesresults.
• Engage, and consult with customers toprovide recommendations forservices.
