Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to reach target markets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling.
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of business development principles, sales and marketing techniques, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
