- Review shiftlogs/daily memo books and document pertinent information inlogbooks
- Receive, record,and relay messages accurately, completely, andlegibly
- Contact appropriateindividual or department (eg, Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping,Engineering, Security/Loss Prevention) as necessary to resolveguest call, request, orproblem
- Dispatch bell staff or valetstaff as needed
- Communicate parkingprocedures toguests/visitors
- Maintain security ofvehicles and vehicle keys
- Monitorand maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parkingareas/levels, and report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorizedpersonnel, or potential security problems to themanager/supervisor
- Notify LossPrevention/Security of any guest reports oftheft
- Answer, record, and processall guest calls, requests, questions, orconcerns
- Follow up with guests toensure their requests or problems have been met to theirsatisfaction
- Follow all companypolicies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance areclean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation; protect company assets; report work related accidents,or other injuries immediately upon occurrence tomanager/supervisor
- Welcome andacknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipateand address guests serviceneeds
- Speak with others using clearand professional language; answer telephones using appropriateetiquette; exchange information using electronicdevices
- Develop and maintainpositive working relationships with others; support team to reachcommon goals
- Enter and locatework-related information using computers and/or point of salesystems
- Stand, sit, or walk for anextended period of time or for an entire workshift
- Read and visually verifyinformation in a variety offormats
