Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
Engineering Director of Buildability and Value Engineering to join our team In this role you will be responsible for bringing together a multidiscipline team of individuals whose qualifications and experience meet the expertise required to accomplish the assigned construction management tasks.
Engineering Director Buildability and Value Engineering sits within the Program Management Office (PMO) working alongside the client to deliver one of Riyadh's MEGA projects.
Provides management and direction for one of the large Engineering disciplines, or may have a special assignment such as Manager of the Quality Program, or Operations Manager for the department, or Manager over all engineering disciplines on a large job, typically exceeding $20B in total installed cost.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 20+ years of related work experience, including significant managerial experience of a large group of Engineers, Designers, and technical support personnel.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Proven ability for managing a large group of engineering/technical personnel and directing work involving complex technical situations, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required.
Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and the capabilities and efficiencies of specific engineering software for use in completing engineering assignments.
