The team you'll be part of


As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models.

You will be leading the 5G/4G data and voice core business development and pre-sales activities for Nokia in Saudi Arabia, as part of the Nokia CNS Core presales team and functionally reporting to Head of Cloud & Network services Saudi market unit.

Your mission will be to establish Nokia as a trusted partner for core solutions for Saudi CSPs.


What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provide in-depth technical leadership and expertise, develop E2E (cross-domain) solutions architecture & support complex deals.
  • A trusted advisor to the sales team and the customer in order to drive solution strategies for breakin opportunities and to lead solution definition to meet customer's needs and win new business.
  • Lead the customer engagement on all technical & technocommercial topics
  • Find ways to make our customers successful by using Nokia core portfolio
  • Establish a strong network with customer stakeholders at CTO, CXO1, CXO2 levels
  • Leverage expertise of wider Nokia team globally to articulate Nokia USPs for our customers.
  • Be responsible for customer offers, lead the engagement and bid teams
  • Be accountable for funnel development, funnel velocity and conversion.
  • Provide leadership to garner support for your customer and your deliverables from other organizational units like account management, market services, commercial management, product management etc
  • Pride yourself in establishing & maintaining a significant footprint for Nokia core in Saudi market
  • Behave in the most ethical and inclusive way possible, imbibing and exemplifying Nokia values
  • Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • A strong background in presales / sales roles selling 5G Core, 4G Core, registers, VoLTE/VoNR, NFVI/MANO & CaaS/PaaS solutions to tier 1 CSPs in Middle East and developed markets
  • A graduate degree and 10+ years of work experience that prepares you for the role demanded.
  • Demonstrated technocommercial acumen, ability to articulate business value of complex technological solutions and transformation projects
  • Ability to lead a crossfunctional engagement team
  • Ability to lead a large bid team across time zones and familiarity with complex project services costing
  • A winning attitude, a cando spirit
  • An ability to network and an ability to marry depth & width of knowledge with simplicity of communication.
  • It would be nice if you also had:
  • Working knowledge of Arabic, familiarity with local culture and previous experience of working with Saudi CSPs
  • Some handson experience of handling complex systems integrations, network modernization, transformation projects, managed services & network optimisation projects.
  • Some Handson customer negotiations experience.
