• Setsand monitors Customer Quality and Freshness KPI targets withspecial focus to: freshness control stockmanagement
  
• Competitionprice reporting (in Perfect Store Only) COMMUNICATION AND POSCOORDINATION
  
• Buildsand maintains constructive relationship with customer counterpartsin the field
  
• Communicatesall activities agreed on head office level to stores to achieveimplementation and compliance
  
• Reportsand communicates store activity evolution to Head of Field andRegional Manager SALES TARGETACHIEVEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
  
• Ensuresthe achievement of the sales targets for the assignedterritory
  
• Followsthe set routing plan and procedure of visit in the Point of Sales(POS)
  
• Providesrequired service level in the assigned Point of Sales(POS)
  
• ImplementsFerrero Building Blocks in the managed Area (DistributionVisibility Freshness Stock Levels etc.)
  
• Takesorders in appropriate quantity and assortment necessary fortargeted visibility and ensures stock by SKU in the Point of Salesengage client with improvement proposal
  
• EnsureFIFO principle in the Point of Sales (POS) to match freshnessrequirements
  
• EnsuresFIFO principle in the Point of Sales (POS) to matchfreshness
  

Requirements
