    JobBrief:

    Asa Level 2 Sourcing Specialist, you will be in charge of building apipeline of qualified candidates to close allocated jobrequisitions. You will be responsible for maintaining a goodrelationship with new and existing clients, all the while adheringto the companys standard metrics andKPIs.

    Tobe successful in this role, you will need to have a veteran mindsetand excellent market familiarity in several job verticals and workclosely with the seniormanagement.

    Responsibilities:
    • Doinitial outreach to garner interest, qualify candidates, and setnext meetings with seniorrecruiters.
    • Understandjob requisitions through calibrations and or provided jobdescriptions and execute sourcing plans for identifying potentialcandidates.
    • Screenpotential candidates through job portals, available databases,social media, and other reliablechannels.
    • Jobwriting and job posting on variouschannels.
    • Conductpreliminary interviews to assess technical capabilities,communication skill levels,
      location preferences, salaryexpectations,etc.
    • Buildstrong credibility with candidates that would ultimately result ina highly responsivenetwork.
    • Buildand maintain strong relationships with candidates andclients.
    • Meetor exceed weekly standard pipelineexpectations.
    • Consistentusage of internal trackers/systems for proper documentation ofprocesses and datasafeguarding.
    • Recordingand list building of clients andcandidates.
    • Providedaily and weekly status reports and invoicing information to themanagement.

    Requirements

    Tobe successful at this role (Must haves)
    • Ableto work a 9h00 to 18h00 shift onsite, office based inRandburg.
    • Aminimum of 3+ years sourcing experience within an agencysetting.
    • Provenwork experience as a Talent Sourcer or similarrole.
    • Hands-onexperience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on socialplatforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
    • Familiaritywith HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and CandidateManagement Systems(CMSs)
    • Exceptionalverbal and written communication skills
