As part of the development of its MENA business, and overall global growth, Cundall are excited to announce the establishment of a new office in Riyadh, KSA.

Cundall have been working on projects in KSA for almost 15 years, so this is the natural progression for the business, building on long standing relationships and offering the same high standard of multidisciplinary design and consultancy services.


This is something that has been in the planning for quite some time and our new office in Riyadh will complement the existing regional offices in the UAE and Qatar and provide a much stronger and resilient regional business structure.


Cundall's Building Services team's mission is to play a key role in making buildings more energy efficient, sustainable and cost effective to operate.

We offer mechanical, electrical, public health, and specialist services.


The Role:


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused electrical building services expert to join the team at our Riyadh office, to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative mechanical design solutions for some of the most exciting building projects in the MENA region and Worldwide.


You will develop new and nurture existing outstanding client relationships that maximise satisfaction and ensure repeat business and will use your wealth of expertise and leadership skills to manage, motivate and inspire less experienced engineers.


The Skills:
Educated to degree level in Electrical / Building Services Engineering, and with a minimum of five years of experience in an

Electrical Design Engineering role within a building services context (electrical distribution and power generation, lighting design, security systems etc), you have an extensive portfolio of experience demonstrating your familiarity with high quality engineering solutions and a client-focussed approach.


In your most recent position, you have consistently demonstrated your ability to manage multiple projects and less experienced engineers to exceed client expectations.

Ideally, you will possess sound knowledge of Revit and have proven experience for creative, sustainable and intuitive design.

Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role, excellent communication and time management skills are essential.
