JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect/Interior Designer to join our team.

As a Senior Architect/Interior Designer at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural and interior design projects from conception to completion.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, and interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative design solutions that align with project goals and objectives.


In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the design process, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and construction documentation.

You will also be responsible for overseeing project budgets and timelines, ensuring that designs are executed within established parameters.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural and interior design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and completed projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Proven ability to lead and manage design projects from conception to completion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Prior experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred
