نحن نبحث عن مهندس مكتب ملتزم ومحترف للانضمام إلى فريق عالم الوسيط. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تحليل المشاريع ودراستها بعمق، بالإضافة إلى حساب كميات المواد والموارد المطلوبة. يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال المقاولات والإشراف على المشاريع بمختلف المراحل.


المسؤوليات:
تحليل ودراسة مشاريع البنية التحتية بعمق لفهم المتطلبات والمواصفات.

حساب كميات المواد والموارد المطلوبة لكل مشروع.

تقديم تقديرات تكاليف دقيقة وجداول زمنية للمشاريع.

تنفيذ استراتيجيات الإشراف على المشروع ومراقبتها بكفاءة.

ضمان الامتثال للمعايير واللوائح الفنية والأمان.

إدارة الموارد والميزانيات المخصصة للمشاريع.

التواصل بفعالية مع العملاء والشركاء وضمان رضاهم.

حل المشكلات والتحديات التي تظهر أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.

تقديم تقارير دورية عن تقدم المشروع ومستندات الأداء.


المتطلبات:
درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تحليل المشاريع وحساب كمياتها.

مهارات اتصال ممتازة وقدرة على العمل في فريق.

معرفة قوية باللوائح والمعايير الفنية المعمول بها.

القدرة على تحمل ضغوط العمل والعمل بشكل مستقل.

الالتزام بالأمان والجودة في جميع جوانب العمل.

ملم بالبرامج الهندسية (مثل AutoCAD، وبرامج الهندسة الإنشائية الأخرى).

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Office Engineer to join the team at Broker World Trading.

You will be responsible for in-depth project analysis and study, as well as calculating the quantities of materials and resources required.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of construction and project supervision is required.


Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis and study of infrastructure projects to understand requirements and specifications.

Calculate quantities of materials and resources required for each project.

Provide accurate cost estimates and project schedules.

Implement project supervision strategies and efficiently monitor progress.

Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, and safety measures.

Manage resources and budgets allocated for projects.

Communicate effectively with clients and partners, ensuring their satisfaction.

Solve problems and address challenges that arise during project execution.

Provide regular reports on project progress and performance.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project analysis and quantity calculation.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Strong knowledge of applicable technical standards and regulations.

Ability to handle work pressure and work independently.

Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.

Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD and other structural engineering software).
