The opportunity
EY's Financial Services Consulting practice provides risk management support to banks, insurers, and asset managers.

Our team includes individuals who have industry, client, and product knowledge as well as business, quantitative, regulatory, project management and technology professionals.

We are seeking agile individuals to join our team.

Along with our team, you'll work together to coordinate the delivery of risk management, regulatory and business performance services to a variety of clients, in particular for insurance.


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Insurance consulting experience
  • Minimum years of experience 12+ in Insurance sector, GCC experience is a must
  • Deep understanding of overall insurance operations and in particular core insurance operations (Claims, underwriting, policy administration) within Motor, Medical and P&C lines of business
  • Experience in preparing and implementing strategy of an insurance organization
  • Experience in leading transformation (functional) within an insurance organization
  • Designing and implementing organization structure, restructuring insurance organisations
  • Experience in carrying out process reengineering for insurance organisations
  • Has performed time and motion studies, within insurance organisations
