- Maintain positive and professional staff and client relationships
- Answer the phone with a pleasant voice and positive attitude
- Type out correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc. (paper and electronic); and prepare outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in preparation of reports, plans, and permit applications
- Use and monitor office equipment
- Monitor office supplies and order or re-stock as needed
- Ensure office is kept clean and organized and presentable at all times
