Working as a Production and Signage Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that signage and promotional materials are produced, displayed, and maintained effectively.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:


  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for costeffective supplies.
  • Oversee material procurement and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to identify innovative and costeffective materials.
  • Plan and oversee the production process from design to delivery.
  • Work closely with graphic designers, printers, and production teams.
  • Implement quality control measures for signage and promotional materials.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
**We Are Looking For: - +5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and signmaking equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
