    Aboutthe role

    Experienced professional in OutsideSales. Participates in various Outside Sales activities andcustomer relationship management. Responsible for representing thecompanys interests and building business relationships to enhanceoutside sales performance.

    Under specificdirection of Sales of Branch Management responsible for the sale ofCarrier Aftermarket Products & Services to primary decisionmakers focusing within end users and service providers (e.g.contractors consultants) whilst building and maintaining longtermcustomer relationships and using company defined sales processes&tools.

    Requirements:

    Asa minimum you must have:

    • HVACknowledge and experience.
    • 5 years of activeexperience in a frontline salesposition.
    • Actively listens probes andidentifies concerns. Understands the customers business and speaktheir language English and Arabic.
    • Ability todemonstrate good technical or market expertise to developcredibility loyalty trust and commitment.
    • Goodinitiative and interpersonal communications skills both in writingand verbally.

    Although not necessaryit would be nice if you have:

    • Fluentin written and verbal communicationsskills.
    • Good communication and interpersonalskills.
    • Good knowledge about themarket.

    Responsibilities:

    Asan Outside Sales Specialist youll be responsiblefor:

    • Promotes the Carrier valueproposition to customers by understanding and linking the customersoperational and business objectives needs and requirements toCarrier solutions in order to provide a total value solution andcompetitive advantage.
    • Builds and manageslongterm customer relationships/partnerships and responsible forcustomer satisfaction through executing the salesprocess.
    • Builds knowledge of competitorsbusiness strategies products and services to favorablydifferentiate Carrier from them.
    • Keeps managerinformed of changes in the marketplace and progress on customerstatus. Calls for assistance from manager to keep the sales processmoving.
    • Under specific direction negotiatesterms & conditions that optimize Accounts Receivable (A/R)and ensures that Carrier financial standards are fully adheredto.
