Job Scope:
Key purpose of this role is to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements in key data management and reporting.

This includes service reporting, distributor stock and receipts reporting for internal planning processes and maintenance of operational KPIs and business dashboards.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stocks, GIT and receipts reporting across all markets and ensure periodic validation to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ensure service results are analyzed and losses allocated by cross functional team and reflected in system and to global teams for reporting.
  • Ensure internal operational KPIs are reported accurately and timely through dashboards.
  • Develop and enhance alerts for key service and availability measures to ensure business teams can proactively focus on resolution.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely visibility of all JV and distributor stocks and shipment receipts across markets.
  • Ensure service reporting and loss allocation is maintained in system and provided for internal and global reporting.
  • Provide timely visibility of business operational metrices for all markets.
  • Improve and enhance visibility on service and operations through data analytics and dashboards.
