• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create job descriptions
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
• Manage all company certification requirements and renewals
• Utilize social media platforms for recruitment advertising and employer branding
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role in Saudi Arabia
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes
• Knowledge of lead generation techniques for attracting top talent

• Riyadh: Relocate before starting work (required)
