    Roles &responsibilities

    • Workwithin a product team to push out changes to 3 e-commerce websitesacross 2 countries
    • Work with the productmanager to refine the existing design system into something morescalable and efficient
    • Be the voice of theuser of the website

    Learning outcomes &objectives

    • Learn how to setpriorities and make design-related decisions in view of the goalsof a website
    • Gain insights on working withdevelopers
    • Learn how conversion rateoptimisation is done
    • Gain an understanding ofhow a website fits and works in an e-commerce company
    • Exposure to marketing/behavioural analyticstools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
    • Refineproblem-solving approaches

    Requirements

    • An empathetic, inquisitive, user-centricmindset
    • Independence when it comes toresearching and making design decisions when adequately providedwith context and goals
    • Basic proficiency inFigma
    • basic knowledge of how design translatesinto html/css
    • Nice to have: some experiencewriting short-form copy
    • an ability to makemethodical, evidence-based and well-reasoned decisions, andarticulate them competently
